Here’s one of my many warmup routines that I like to do before training. This one was inspired from coach Brett Bartholomew who also believes in joints warmup like I do. The idea is you are targeting every joint in your body during the warmup and perform specific lifts that will translate into your training session. So if I’m planning to do front squats, some OWL lifts or simple deadlifts, this is a go to for sure. Mind you, this here is just 40kg warmup and my heart beat moves around 150-160BPM 😄. Also glad to do this at my new gym in Bratislava @force8gym where we will teach you the correct technique of all of these lifts.
